La Tortilla

All around a perfect restaurant. I eat here all the time being the only place in town to eat. The food is always great but it is the customer service that makes it perfect. It’s like walking into a restaurant your family owns most all of the locals frequent here and the staff takes the time to leave your name. I am always greeted by name when I come in and are many others. You can commonly see staff laughing and talking with the customers as if you have known them your whole life! Not to forget Victor the GM always out in the dining room helping his staff and talking with guests. Definitely a place to be any day of the week!

if you want to have a delicious meal on the road, this place is for you, portions will appeal to people with a good appetite, they cook quickly, a very large selection of different dishes, fresh meat, juicy chicken, there are 8 sauces on the table for every taste, the staff is very polite, not annoying, during they take away the dishes and bring food, the chef is a master worthy of the highest awards, he cooks like your mother, I recommend it to everyone!!!!

La Tortilla in McCalla, AL, delivered an excellent dining experience from start to finish. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, but we immediately got a table, meaning no wait time, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite the crowd, the service was top-notch—the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. We started with chips and salsa, and they did not disappoint. The chips were fresh and crispy, while the salsa had a great balance of flavor and spice. I also had a couple of waters, and the refills were quick and consistent. For my meal, I ordered street tacos, choosing chorizo and al pastor. Both were authentic and full of flavor—the chorizo was rich and savory, while the al pastor had that perfect blend of spice and sweetness from the pineapple. Each bite was packed with well-seasoned meat, making for a truly satisfying meal. Overall, La Tortilla impressed me with its great food, excellent service, and no wait time. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine!

Met a friend for lunch! Street nachos, oh my were so delicious and the amount of food, wow. It is well with the drive to visit here. Oh the Frizen Mango Margaritas are awesome. You won’t regret eating here!

Don't let the place fool you as you drive by. It had great food, service, and atmosphere. They have the cleanest, nicest menus. Generous helpings, we needed to go boxes!
